What are the office hours?

Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM
Closed Sundays and all major holidays

What are the access hours?

Daily: 5 AM - 10 PM

Is a down payment/deposit required for a reservation?

There is no down payment or deposit required. Setting up a reservation is free of charge. We do charge a one time administration fee at the time of move in. You can also cancel your reservation free of charge, we just ask that you contact the property manager via email or phone in advance.

Is there an administration fee?

Yes, we have a one time $25 administration fee the day of move-in.

How long can you keep a reservation active?

We set our reservations for at least a 1-week hold; with proper communication, we will be able to extend the reservation if needed.

How does the special/discount work?

We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials typically start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card through our online bill pay. Otherwise you can set up auto-pay through the tenant portal! Contact the facility manager for questions or additional payment methods.

What Documents are required?

Our move in process is quick, effortless and easy we only require a few items from you to proceed with the move in:
Photo ID and/or a driver license
Protection/2 Options:
Tenant Property Protection (TPP)

Home/Renters Insurance (Copy of your Policy Adm)

Is “Protection” on my items required?

Yes, In order to store with us we do require your items to be protected through either Tenant Property Protection or your own Home/Renters Insurance. The Property is not liable for any damaged or stolen items.

What amenities does this facility offer?

We are happy to offer a number of amenities at our facility. The primary amenities will be access to an air/water station, an RV dump station, and solar-powered trickle chargers so that you can always keep your RV or Boat charged up for the next adventure.
